I want to understand the campaign brief

I haven't received the product

You may have not received your shipment because either:

1. Shipment is in transit (pls wait more)
2. Delivery attempt was unsuccessful (we will reattempt & contact if reqd)
3. Seats were full when you applied (this is rare, but if true, we will prioritize you for next campaign)

In case the delay is making you miss the deadline, you can post within 2-3 days after receiving the product. We regret the inconvenience.

I want to negotiate the payout

We don't negotiate on the payout. If you reject the campaign, you may select 'low payout' as the reason. This will help us understand your preference and suggest you suitable campaigns in future.

I am not getting a response

We try to respond within 48 hours. If it's been over 48 hours, request you to escalate by emailing at support@opareviews.com Please mention "escalation" in subject line.
